My casters are stuck and wont come out. How do i get them out?

Some customers have a very difficult time getting their old casters out. You can try pulling the casters out and sometimes the wheel break right off the stem and the silver stem is still stuck in the base. The casters get a lot of wear and tear and are subject to food, wet mops and other daily gunk for many years. The video below shows the easiest way to get these old casters out if they are stuck and refuse to come out by hand.
