There are many factors that make a chair or stool rock on your floor. Although every factory and vendor attempts to inspect this common issue the customer needs to take steps on their end to level the product when purchasing online. In many cases when a product is purchased in a retail store, the retailer takes care of these situations but when purchased online the end consumer will need to take steps to correct the level issues that arise.
